If there are restrictions, you can use a land trust where you are the initial beneficiary then make an assignment to your LLC that will stay private.

The good news is, once you get a tenant, they will likely stay for a longer period of time.

I personally stay away from condos.

Otherwise sounds good - no different than buying house and renting out your garage if somebody so wishes to stay there ....

It would not surprise me if many of these houses are rental houses.The challenge you will have is that houses in this neighborhood sell for about $60 per square foot and the cost of new construction is significantly higher. 

All in cost, approximately 72k, I just got my appraisal back and was surprised to see it at 125K which I used the equity to sescure deal #5.

Could you pay them some money each week for the trouble  and stay with a family member or close friend or work associate with extra space 

You should stay on track of educating yourself through books, podcasts, networking with others - offline and online.

With the S-corp you pay yourself a salary of $X a year, and the rest stays with the S-corp.The problem with the S-corp is it is very burdensome with regard to reporting and other regulations.
