We have already discussed changing the backend to weigh responsive owners and such but that has led to other owners throwing a major meltdown saying there are days they work a double shift and won't be able to reply until the following day (<24 hours generally) Are they going to get penalized for not responding in a timely manner?

I had been doing the Dave Ramsey snowball at the time so I took the offer, paid off my vehicle and the small student loan, then shifted my snowball payment to the card ensuring that I would pay off the balance within the 12 months.

The more competitions, the harder it becomes, its the nature of every ''money maker''.A few make good money and have good opportunities at the start -> after a while they have more competitions -> less opportunities -> people who were massively successful at the start shift their focus from the business itself to the teaching of that business because the edges are not that big anymore -> even more competitions, etc.

The payments in the beginning are interest-heavy so the bank gets their $$ first, and it gradually shifts to more and more principal paydown as time goes by.
