It was a double closing, and it went smooth as butter.

So I transitioned into real estate full time.Four years ago I started Sense Financial to help my clients use their retirement accounts for real estate and other non-traditional investments.

My wife is from Lehi as well, and I went to BYU in Provo and I have a lot of friends and family in the area so that helps in the transition in opening up in that market as well bc I am somewhat familiar with the area.

I am a real estate investors at heart as I have 13 doors currently in Michigan, and will look to follow that same concept in Illinois.I have looked at Lakeview, Rogers Park, Hoffman Estates, and Itasca, basically anywhere I can get to the city by transit in 30-45 min to downtown, as this is where my new job will be at.  

I think our next loan will go fairly smooth as that's what our lender said but that after that there might be a few extra things to do.

I would like to transition to becoming a full time real estate investor and work in my primary field part time and when I have built a good portfolio, retire in my primary field.
