Hi,

My name is Brenda and while my husband and I have done a few deals, I am still a newbie by all means.  I have a lot to learn.

We are trying to get a loan to buy another rental.  We have great credit, a lot of money in the bank but we are self-employed.  We've had our other business about 30 years.   We got the name of our lender through our real estate person.  Lender just called and said they are having trouble trying to find someone to buy our loan.

Is there an easier way to do this?

Anyway, I'm so glad I have found this place with soooo much information.  Thanks for letting me join :)
