There are QI's on this board like @Dave Foster who can also cover this aspect for you.As to the original question, where you complain about people saying "talk to a CPA", I took a real estate accounting course, meets once a week, 3 hours each, and it took them two sessions to cover all the specifics of 1031's. so its not something that someone will spend all afternoon with you on it on all the particulars.

Well anyways fast track to when i turned 13 i found out about Realestate and ever since then i have been in love with the whole aspect of it and i understand its not a get rich quick type of business but i am ready to put my blood sweat and if it comes to it tears into the game that i love so much but from where i come from which is Good ole Maine we really don't have any Realestate classes going on anywhere where i can learn from somebody and have a real life Teacher I have taken so far a-lot of online classes that is which are Manny Koshbin's Mentorship and Rich Dad Realestate Cashflow Blueprint.

Hi,I am about to purchase an investment property in PA and was wondering how do it know that i will have Fee Simple Ownership of the property once settlement, deed recording and title transfer is completed.Should there be a clause in the purchase agreement indicating the type of ownership i will have or is that aspect of ownership and terminology relevant for completely different purposes ?
