Hi,I am about to purchase an investment property in PA and was wondering how do it know that i will have Fee Simple Ownership of the property once settlement, deed recording and title transfer is completed.Should there be a clause in the purchase agreement indicating the type of ownership i will have or is that aspect of ownership and terminology relevant for completely different purposes ?

When I screen applicants, level of annyoying is a rating I give them, it is one aspect of many that I rate.

I have a full time job and so am not going to monitor the mls like I should thus I will pay an agent to handle that aspect of the business for me. 

I *wish* my clients understood more about the legal aspects (black letter law) of real estate.
