If you can be all in for $60k (and assuming you bought a a great discount in an area that you can re-sell), why not sell some of those, rathere than keeping all of them !

Most of the RE clubs here in Toronto are that multi level $499 type membership, and it simply wreaks of being a business within itself as opposed to being a place where people passionate about real estate can meet in an organized manner.

If you're trying to re-sell or flip, then more info would be needed by me to give you a #. age of property, your purpose in owning-cash flow or write off and wealth building, etc.

In short, I would not use owner financing as a retirement strategy, I would use it to sell a property at close to retail, and then cash out by reselling it ASAP.
