Does anyone have any experience with these two organizations?

I am busily building my knowledge and expertise in commercial development; namely in retail/neighborhood shopping centers. I would like to futher development my knowledge and "prowess" :D in the field and wondered if either one of these organizations were worth investing in, not just as a member but specifically in the education departments.

As a newbie trying to break into a very niche market, will either of these have a positive affect or will I be spinning my wheels?

Here are some links:

Thank you in advance.
