buyers list
Hello everyone. I have been a member here for a little while but this is my first post. I am a newbie and have received some great information on the forums. I have acouple of questions. I am in the process of building a buyers list.
Among some of the advice given here I have been researching section 8 landlords and recent sales with my criteria targeting individuals with multiple properties. My question is should I do a mailing list or try to contact them over the phone. In addition, as I mentioned before I am a newbie so is it advised to contact them without any properties to actively promote or to have some some properties. Any tips to win possible buyers over would be great.
