Todays lifestyles with outdoor living spaces being being all the rage, I consider them important in most cases. 

Prefer Cape Coral or Naples area, but would consider anywhere in SW Florida if the property holds the right characteristics for my investment AND lifestyle criteria.

@Robert KhederianFor now, I have abandoned the NYC market in favor of income and what I see as undervalued opportunity in other parts of the country.I anticipate a geographic and lifestyle shift, and I think that's out of the large MSAs, particularly when the (dreaded word) 'millennials' start their own families.

The experience of professionals should save you liability, help you to truly find a solid income with your license to help you with your investment goals, and help you grow professionally into a great lifestyle where you can also give back to others and profit along the way.  

Look at your search term report religiously, daily, and add negative keywords that don't convert.

I found the bigger pockets podcast a few weeks ago, and have been listening to it religiously.

We really enjoy getting to love on all our friends' kiddos, but I definitely don't think our lifestyle would be conducive to parenthood, haha.
