My lender said they have remote available too.I also have a buyer for my house set to close in early April, that deal is out of option period and past inspection/appraisal as well.Is anyone else in Texas in a similar situation that has gotten any info on how this all might play out here?

So I refuse to dive in until I have the systems lined out in a scale-able fashion, so I won't run myself and my wife into the ground as I have before.I'm the overly creative half, and she's the one who crushes it with systems in place.I've studied and understand most strategies, terminology, and how they work together as much as I can without getting in there and playing with them myself.We're almost to that launch point, and I'm getting excited...

A portion of students rely on financial aid to pay the rent, and if they're not in school they may not be receiving those funds.Yes, Colleges are closing now but the question was about 2008.We'll see how it plays out with student aid.
