Would love to hear some encouragement from someone successfully day trading while investing in real estate.I’m a college student so I’ve been day trading for some time now, but I know it will be almost impossible with a traditional 9-5 desk job.

While it is a large undertaking, based on my recent experience configuring Podio for my lead management, it is VERY doable, and I encourage you to explore it further.

Never encourage the entitled attitude that many tenants seem to have.

In general I'd find this to be less than encouraging and I'd push for a few things:- Feedback from every single person who see's it.- Increased exposure -- be on Zillow, Facebook Marketplace, Cozy (Realtor.com) etc)- Promotional special to fill my vacancy if it seems good to you (First Month @ 50% if lease signed by July 14 or some such promotion).Best of luck, here, Jay!

You need to be a great coach and trainer to encourage, motivate, and improve the agents in your organization. 

A lot of people felt encouraged by these messages and a lot also made use of this (when it wasn't necessary) as a discussion point to the landlords for not paying rent or having the right the get a discount (otherwise you are not a good landlord giving discounts like all the others).

My business partner and myself are focusing on hard money lending in OKC and Tulsa, so I would enjoy connecting and listening to what your strategy is, as well as what our lending philosophy looks like.
