Are any Investors also Day Traders?

Just wondering if anyone in this community is also a day trader. Since most people are passionate about financial independence, I figure at least some of you may be interested in day trading! Would love to hear some encouragement from someone successfully day trading while investing in real estate.

I’m a college student so I’ve been day trading for some time now, but I know it will be almost impossible with a traditional 9-5 desk job. My ideal future is to “retire” from a 9-5 job as soon as I can, and be a full time investor/day trader!
