There seem to be so many things to do that it gets overwhelming, but you convinced me that taking the time to create these systems is well worth it.What is your suggestion of where to start?

I'm surprised your seller has been able to withhold that for so long.They don't have ground to stand on if it's in your purchase agreement, so you have all the power here.

My $70 lesson was that oftentimes with a double breaker one will flip off (cutting power) and still appear on.Gail

@Joe Crabb I am highly overwhelmed with everything I think* I need to be paying attention to right now.

I worked myself up to follow through and called him back but could only leave a message, which I nervously did (but with my power stance).
