Hey Guys,I read an article that suggested one way of getting financing when you are starting out is using  business lines of credit.  

There are many articles and discussion on finding off-market deals, you should definitely search BP for them but here's the jist of it:- Networking: with wholesalers who find off-market deals, agents, other investors and people who are involved in real estate.

When I read forums, articles and sales ads for rental properties, there are always talk about single family homes.

I just read an article on starting your own PM company even if to manage your own properties.

I read Brandon Turner's articles on Renting your House and Tenant Screening: Ultimate Guide (excellent resources), and feel more confident in going ahead and marketing the rooms for rent. 

There isn't much to file or record and plenty of info to walk you through it.If I was creating a corporation, I would use a local attorney to draft the articles of incorporation.

BUT, in this below article it states that a bill was passed to ban discrimination in Maryland.

I sent numerous emails asking if they needed any further detail or if any additional paper work was need.
