Didn’t pay the third month which forced my PM to send notices.

My situation:Renovated a home purchased for about $166k back in 2018, and for the most part, it looks like a better home, but there were some issues discovered that I didn't notice during the inspection phase.

Did you notice that others had asked the same question(s)?

Something like  " I noticed when reviewing the ad it was posted incorrectly  at $x and it should have been post at $y please let me know if you are still interested and will be coming to the showing on Friday.

In my area, we can file an eviction based on lease ending and tenant not leaving IF they were given proper notice and didn't leave.

We have some units that have not yet received their rent increase notices this year.  

Howdy, I have a tenant that claims that because I didn't provide a notice of a MM lease, they don't have to comply with the 30 day notice. 

If there is no leasing contract in place, how much notice must a (residential) landlord legally provide to a tenant to evict "just because"?
