A rather narrow market. 

I'm having a hard time narrowing down Twentynine palms vs Hemet or Murrieta.

I found the website for my location quite difficult to narrow down to the properties that I was in interested in but I will put some more work into it.

When I started with this, I just looked at prices of houses in that area and used an online mortgage calculator to see what payments would be like.Being conscience of vacancies, I began to see what would be affordable for me out pocket and this narrowed my search.  

I am just trying to narrow down the search by city.

The process can be stressful, as my imagination creates images of the tenant demolishing the rental before the eviction or the court delaying the case due to an unforeseen technicality.I've narrowed it down to best case and worst case scenario.Best case - the tenant vacates peacefully and the home is not damaged.Worst case - I have to give the tenant the home and the court orders me to become his butler for the many years. 

I like the fact that you responded from both sides of the fence...here in Indianapolis,IN its the exact same thing property in areas that are bad without section 8 Tennant's... furthermore knowing where the renter is from will help narrow down possible bad apples...This is 2019 and they're folks with vouchers...
