I'm thinking about investing in a rehab and turning it into a house hack or a live in flip, guess my question would be, where in my area should I narrow down my search for a good house hack? 

Also I have not asked for rent for the washer/dryer after their first year, or a pet fee either.There are many ways to borrow a few $100's --dont know why they havent used their credit cards etc.I gave their daughter $20 cash for a school trip she plays in the band and she never said thank you.

Try to narrow down your search to just a couple then focus on finding a good team to purchase and operate your property.
