Thanks NathanWhere do I find the Air B n B Calculator...when I click on it, it appears to just be a link to Air DNA.I am trying to figure out how to enter a % of ACTUAL Rental(after Ocupancy) as cleaning fees/etc....Where should that be entered in this Rental Calculator to pull from the Rental after my hospitality Occupancy/Vacancy rate is entered?

Jeff Beard  correct there is NO right of redemeptionthere is only proof that the sale was flawed in its inception.I had this happen to me one time mid 80s  in a county in N.

with west being the roughest and then south the next although there are streets in so jac that are terrible as well. then you have N. and NE jackson were you have nicer homes better neighborhoods.
