Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $65,000

3 bedroom 2 bath 1,397 Sqft single family house built in 2010 on a 4,408 Sqft lot and located in the Village of Tamarind Grove neighborhood in The Villages.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

This home was inherited from my mother

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Part of a family trust.

How did you finance this deal?

Financing was already in place. Making payments on the remaining mortgage.

How did you add value to the deal?

Currently in the process of getting the home ready to rent

What was the outcome?

Will be listing home with a local property management company
