Also don’t work with *** holes who won’t work with you because of your name.  

Tenant did not put mud under backerboard correctly, poorly grouted tile, unclogged a bathtub by driving holes into the P trap and having it drain to crawl space, poor painting, etc. 

I would say for picture holes nails or screws are acceptable, or mounting a TV.

Is the situation that the Judge interpreted this statute very conservatively and determined that anything more than a tarp to cover the hole was excessive?
