Looking for Handyman Recommendation who services NE Minneapolis

Hi Everyone.  We just purchased our first rental property in NE Minneapolis this spring, and need to do a variety of touch-up items (recaulk, replace miniblind, repair/replace interior door because of holes in doors, reset closet door off of its track, etc.)

Do you have a recommended handyman?  Much appreciated.
