Different species mature at different rates.

F)  Heres an idea, with your parents being your parents and not some random person who doesn't know you, why not split up title say 99% to you, 1% to them and do it via a title change for about (notary + recording fees) $40 bucks.

This day in age, it would be unlikely for someone to hold more than 12 conventional mortgages (between a couple, each borrowing individually).Some investors, as they mature, find ways to bundle up several properties for the sake of commercial financing.

I call the tax office in order to pay them myself and the clerk tells me the tax certificate from three years ago has matured and the tax buyer now has the right to file for a tax deed.
