Wondering why there's no clear cut ACH pull solutions that many in other industries are using.

Here's a winning solution.

As someone who has been in that state of mind though, it isn't a good solution because hoarders don't see their items as trash or junk.  

I've searched the forums and there are tons of solutions, but no simple per unit spreadsheet.My guess is that I'm missing something already on BP.Can someone please point me in the right direction?

You solution to convert sounds good if it works.Have you had any discussion with the neighbor about this and what their understanding is?

i dont have the credit history for a loan from the bank.i think owner financing would be my only solution to purchasing a multi family .maybe private lenders?

Matthew, one solution or work-around to this is to make connections to several people with LLC's and SD-IRAs and then just lend to each other.
