The fact was she had lost her job and scared that I would go after her for the lease term , so she started making my life miserable by behaving obnoxiously, calling racial slurs, falsely accusing me to the health department that I turned down the heat ( there is only zone for my unit and hers combined) I was ecstatic when she gave a notice !

The minimum requirements for FHA are: Safety: The home should protect the health and safety of the occupants.Security: The home should protect the security of the property.Soundness: The property should not have physical deficiencies or conditions affecting its structural integrity.I would assume the bank wouldn't loan to you because the floors are unsafe and may lack structural integrity.

well, before you have a overflow and get damaged floors, cabinets, CALL A PLUMBER.he'll let you know what the issue was,, why would you hesitate to call plumber..if grease is a factor tell them no grease down drains,, rice is bad also.. anyway not sure what your lease says for maintenance but drains do get clogged and if other units are down line.. line this is top floor, could be backed up in units below also..Toilets, tubs, showers,, yup they'll all need attention from time to time..

If you don't already know these things, it is going to be hard for you to make an intelligent decision about approving small price changes.You will also likely end up being charged a lot more for work if you have to wait to get estimates on everything.I had a vendor at the supply store that could have picked up a tub that a unit needed.

I find that he is not there but all the cameras are unplugged and the water on 2 sinks and the tub was left on full blast with the bathroom door locked.

So here is what I have so far.I understand debt to income needs to be 45%, so when filling my business taxes I wont write off as many deductions as last year to increase my debt to credit income, I also have a full time job in health care so my w2 reflect positive income also.
