SHOOWEEE. This house STINKS

First time into my rental that I'm evicting a tenant from since I gave here her pay or quit notice.  DAMN!    She's moved out and the house stinks to high heaven.   Even though she's out, I'm going to the eviction hearing next Tuesday.  

Dog turds in the closet.  Mice turds everywhere, rabbit turds in the bedroom.    I just ordered an ozone generator on Amazon, I'll write a review on here in case anyone wonders if they work.  I know they do from prior experience, but that was with big industrial units.

Glad you're following through by going to the hearing so future landlords see the eviction when they run a credit report and don''t experience 'the manure farm' experience you had to go through. That is commendable.

I'm certain you'll likely be doing my next suggestion but take well-lit photos of the animal waste  for the judge to see - a picture is worth a thousand words... or in this case... turds. :-/
