A foreclosure is a bank owned home.Obviously the properties in question are already bank owned, which brings into question the accuracy of your pre-foreclosure list.

As far as comps go, you can pool your list of properties and have your VA(s) compile data for you, and transfer it into a form that you can easily analyze.
