        If you have been reading about the market of Whole Sales pertaining to housing. Is this another "Me Too" type of a deal where we see that a company comes up with a good business idea and there are then thirty thousand other companies to follow? Or does this seem to be a way to build wealth as long as you actually can construct a list of cash buyers to be partners with who know the Market and everyone walks away from the deal happy.

     I think that it is a good mix of both of these and I am opening my self to the opportunity.
