The structure, a 2000+ sq.ft. building with city gas, sewer, water (although not currently a residence) is sitting on a 1.1 acre lot in an amazing location for $400K.

The unit already had gas hot air heat.I have 2 others with central air and 1 without.  

Heating is gas and the unit is very old.

Yes @Anthony Angotti, I do pay for gas as there is only one furnace, and I pay water/sewer, so if he is living there it is costing me more money.

Could also be a cause of utility disruption for service, make sure the electric and gas and will be OK because otherwise refrigerated food will be an issue you may have to cover also.As long as red Cross is covering housing for interim. you won't have to pay hotel costs.And as mentioned earlier check your insurance, call your agent so he knows you might have a claim, you may have damages that have not yet been apparent, and could have a loss rent cause,, just depends on your deductible.. 

Although the oil and gas glut is a gift to the American people, the opportunities for young professionals in the industry were only trickling.
