Could also be a cause of utility disruption for service, make sure the electric and gas and will be OK because otherwise refrigerated food will be an issue you may have to cover also.As long as red Cross is covering housing for interim. you won't have to pay hotel costs.And as mentioned earlier check your insurance, call your agent so he knows you might have a claim, you may have damages that have not yet been apparent, and could have a loss rent cause,, just depends on your deductible..
