It is much less costly to pay an occupant (only upon final walkthrough and approval on move-out day) to leave rather than gamble on the exit condition.

Does anyone have any tips, advice or tricks of the trade that could help assist me on my new REI adventure?

It feels like gambling...I want to invest in something I understand and have at least some control over.

My wife and I never envisioned raising our family here and when we visit these other areas we see it as not only a new adventure but a more condusive place to raise our family the way we want too.
