Our names are Christine and Joshua.  We are new to real estate investing and are located in Melbourne, FL.  We have finally started investing and are so excited to start our new journey to financial freedom!

Thread a little old but anyway I Have 4 apartment units in Melbourne FL we are selling them for $35,000 each Bundle deal; comparable sales are currently 52k could sell for 60k with a little face lift currently rented and managed by a property management company.
