Use the 'search' function to search topics and people of interest. i.e.

It has a nice walk up attic but the space isn’t functional unless the roof is raised.

If the layout is bad, or if the appliances are functionally laid out, or you need to duck to go between areas, these are all things I would look at.

The truth is, they should not be mutually exclusive...it's not a matter of this or that...they serve different functions and I personally suggest both. 

Hello everyone,I tried using the search function to find information in regards to relocating the kitchen to a different area of the house.

They still have the opportunity to identify any non-functional issues after move in, with those items being treated as a standard maintenance request once they have settled in, a week or 10 days later (they are advised to make a list of these minor issues, as we will not send out handyman multiple times for minor issues at this time.

I provide a safe, clean and functional unit and that's how I show my appreciation of their tenancy.....they pay the rent.
