Hi,

Can someone give me an estimate of how much per sq feet will be the cost for flooring, roofing? How much does a kitchen cabinet cost?

If I purchase a fixer upper for 1.2 M in Santa Clara California 95051, how much more should I put per square feet ( this includes all the work) for remodeling?

Can someone give a ballpark figure?

If I want to add extra sq footage with approval what could be the cost?
