I am in the Houston area and at times I don't know where and when to hop in.

For me I am short term I would not go out 6 years. but if it was a short term or you had a way to pay me off in a short amount of time I would consider it if it checked out.PS my seller carry backs generally were 100k to 250k each.. 

I'm in that position, and I'm here to generate cash flow to sustain continual growth over time.

Iv'e used a hand full of RE/ non-specific CRM's but was never completely satisfied. 

I’d love to cut the cost of our rent and maybe have a profit on top.My questions are: How does the market look for House Hacks at this time?

hello, thanks all for taking the time to read this. my wife and i just started investing in real estate we are about to rent our first rental property and are in contract for our second house. the house we are about to rent its only under my name i told my wife to open an llc under her name i recently came accross this video from bp talking about i could have issues with doing such thing. pls any advised would be appreciated thanks.

Full disclosure:  I am a property manager in the Boston area. 

But  They are also taking the full cleaning fee as well separately …is this normal practice?
