Once you have passed the exam you will need to complete a further 45 hour course and a post licensing exam do that as soon as possible so the information is still fresh in your mind.

This certainly seems like an excellent place regarding REO.I'm experiencing the REO mess, I have a great buyer $30mil fresh LOI, for commercial REO's in CA, but trying to find a real seller, is not fun.

I'm surprised they offered to try.I would assume that you have to start fresh since you'll be the one having to do the lawsuit.You should speak with an eviction attorney Monday morning.Also, you should contact the bank Monday and see if you can find out what they've done so far (notices, cash for keys, lawsuits).

Start fresh with another buyer; preferably a buyer that has been well screened.
