Does anyone have any recommendations on a good online course for the Florida Real Estate Pre-License Sales Associate exam? I've read a few reviews online and I'm leaning towards Climer. Any insight would be a huge help. Will

@WillSchryver Check out Bob Hogue at www.hogue-school.com and also 360 Training at

If you have the time going to an actual class is of great benefit as you learn a lot not just from the instructor but also from the questions others ask that you may not have thought about.  Once you have passed the exam you will need to complete a further 45 hour course and a post licensing exam do that as soon as possible so the information is still fresh in your mind.  After that you will need to complete 14 hours over the following 2yrs to keep your license current that must include 3 hours of ethics and 3 hours of law.  You will also need to have your sales associates license with a broker who may or may not (not many will not) charge you monthly fees, transaction fees, percentage of your commission etc.  If you are doing the course primarily to buy and sell your own flips then go with a broker who charges the least in monthly/transaction fees.  Your next step once you have held your sales associates license for 2yrs would be to become a broker yourself thereby eliminating the brokerage fees.

Good luck with your classes.
