(I found him based off his parent's immigration papers from Ellis island)We flew up there to meet with the owner who had forgotten he even owned the property (long back story with all that).

I live on the island of Kauai, Hawaii, which isn't the easiest place to find long-term rentals with good cashflow.

Also that here there are some vacation home island rentals for sale as low as $150,000.

After all the obstacles, I was able to buy a house in Staten Island 2 weeks ago,  I am living in one unit and plan to rent out the other unit.  

As the subject says, I am highly interested in learning more about Real Estate in Honolulu Hawaii and how to be successful on this island of ours.

@Brian Burke  one of my long time business partners in Honolulu does this.. they create investments for clients and put solar on condo projects in the Islands.. it works there because cost of elec is highest in the country.. and for those living in Hawaii the tax break is pretty fabulous..
