He is living with us until he is capable of living on his own [ disabled but will someday be on his own] Because of his disability and illness [the reason for his disability] he only works a couple of days a week for just a few hours.[ that is not a forever thing, we were told he would be institutionalized way before now by the experts.

Very slow, lose the order, get it wrong, take forever...YMMV.Something to remember: If you're replacing windows be sure to double check the need for tempered glass near doors, bath fixtures, etc... easy mistake to make.

The dry wall had been cut out before so that is not wet.Now it has been a full week that the basement is covered in water because the bank is taking forever to come to a solution to this.We offered to still purchase it with a $6K credit.
