Window Replacement Price - Good?Bad?Great?

I got a quote for replacing windows for a flip I am doing. The price is for windows only (no installation). They are basic double hung vinyl windows made by Simonton. I got a discounted "contractors" price of $2431 from ABC Supply. Window list below:

5 - 40" x 54"

7 - 28" x 54"

4 - 30" x 40"

Two of the 30" x 40" are frosted glass for the bathrooms.

What do you guys think of the price - $2431 ?

Good? Bad? Awesome?

Do you know a better place to look than ABC Supply?

Note! - I already got a reasonable price quote for the installation from my contractor so thats covered.

Those prices are pretty normal for ABC and vinyl double hungs.

Every time I've gotten windows from ABC their prices have been reasonable but their service and delivery is terrible. Very slow, lose the order, get it wrong, take forever...

YMMV.

Something to remember: If you're replacing windows be sure to double check the need for tempered glass near doors, bath fixtures, etc... easy mistake to make.
