Hello Everyone,I am searching for searching for something that I can input or upload a list of addresses form an Excel spreadsheet and it will put them in the most efficient order I should be able to travel them from my starting location back or to the ending location I decide.

I didn’t consider wholesaling due to the fact that I though going that route fit more into my personality more than wholesaling.

Wife and I live in one half and we rent the other half to an excellent tenant.

They used to have excellent credit score so I don't want to give up on them so quick.

Our credit scores are excellent and our debt to income is good.  

If a deal comes up and I think it will fit, I find new money to buy with. 

I want one or two to fit in the VERY tight spots so I don't have to tear out a wall and rebuild to replace a water heater.

This is all done prior to closing and on the first few deals that you perform with them.I had a deal go down hill because when I went to visit one of the sellers (I meet them through the wholesaler) he did not seem to be the right fit for who should be selling the properties to us, and that was discovered on the inspection report and relationship he had with the tenants that were in the homes at the time.
