Las Vegas real estate Newbie
Hello, I don’t want to write too much, I am looking for help in giving me feedback about this rough draft blueprint/business plan I have built.
Short story: I have about 40k saved up and my best friend also is willing to invest passively also and he has 30k saved up. I am still looking for partners amongst my circle but that’s another story. My cost of living is very low so I wanted to dedicate my time full time to building this business. I don’t expect it to be easy so I am aware of that. I decided to do this because I always was fascinated by real estate since a child, and I believe in taking calculated risks. I have been an employee for the last 10years. I want to do more then that hence why I am attacking this. I want to build my team and I’d like to hear input from you guys. I am 28years old and I want to get wise in this business. Thank you.
