I see there is something called "Revenue Procedure 2007-56" where the 45 and 180 day periods can each be extended by 120 days in the event of a natural disaster - curious if this applies to our current state of events?

I have a few rentals under my llc and some under my name and I d like to get  the loan to have capital for a few months in the event tenants dont pay.

By that I mean I considered which would be LEAST likely to close down/layoff in the event of a partial shut down due to some of these "shelter in place" orders we're seeing in California, and the applicants I ultimately picked both worked in industries that I felt would be least likely to be affected.  

I am prepared for a few months to handle this event.

It appears they are requiring taxpayers to go through the abatement process in the event returns or payments are not timely.A really good time to communicate with your tax advisor regarding changes to this tax season.Stay safe!

The report mentioned the acceptable use of Desktop Appraisals and exterior only appraisals in the event of other factors preventing/discouraging interior access.
