These locks have a master and a tenant key that is easily rekeyable with a tool  but I don't give anyone the master unless the maintenance person is directly employed by me (or in the case of my HVAC guy) is a single man shop and he has worked with me for a very long time.

I have a robust employment background which has prepared me for the career I believe, positions like, Sales Representative, Bookkeeper, Accountant, Financial Analyst, Research Analyst, Vice-President of Political Action and Chief Negotiator for my union.
