Why is it from recent experience lenders get upset when you are reluctant to provide your personal data for them to run credit checks without the courtesy of first answering your questions such as do you offer energy efficient mortgages combined with an interest only payment option or conventional mortgage with another option of green features to insure you are not throwing money to the wind long term down the road.

They are the ones with the thin silver frame and the thin glass.My partner and I are debating it, he says there is no need to change them since they are in good condition, and I want to change them since we are planning on changing all the A/C ducts and the inside and outside A/C units so changing the windows will be a plus and make the house more energy efficient by keeping the cold air in.Advice?

Here in Vegas, we set thermostats to 80 in the Summer, and 67 in the winter.While 80 is quite high, its feel really cool when you come in from 100+ degree heat.We found that temperature to be efficient for keeping prospective buyers comfortable while keeping our utility costs down.

If you develop a relationship with a title company, then they can get to know you and deliver more efficiently the second and third time around, if you are a client and not just a customer.

The fact that I could have a hundred investors with small amounts would not be as efficient as 3 or 4, I was the guy that put those "controls" in place, no way would I want 20 people involved.
