Hi @Shaun CaldwellI will admit that I don't have much experience in renting by the room, except for when I had roommates, but i do think that you should find out if there are any city ordinances that would prohibit more than 2 or 3 non-related family members living in the same dwelling or on a lease.Other than that, I think that a student rental may work if there is a college/university near you.Good luck.
