Hello,Just trying to connect with others investing in the DFW area. 

So, where you can find such a Condo is one problem and then you have to think about the distance from where you live.

Are you coming back to the State soon or are you trying to invest long distance?

I don't know how a company could walk you through a long distance, site unseen, purchase better than Roofstock.With that said remember you are paying a premium for this service. 

The reason I started from a distance is due to my job.

Any amenities can help you, so be aware of them and telling about anything that is in a walking distance as well as the school district that is involved,  Know about where the nearest bus stop is, any parks, highway access, and lakes nearby.  

I have looked at other states to invest in but then crops in fear since we have never done this before and would have to do it long distance.

You could go 10 miles outside of our location to areas like Reeds Spring, Rockaway Beach, and even Lampe and be astonished at the immediate drop in interest just due to the slightly further distance.
