You have to be consistent as it is a numbers game.

The project:We are developing a 40-60 unit apartment building in the mountains of Colorado.

Now looking to establish a Fix & Flip compliment in NJ.I am looking collaborate, form partnerships, split profits, and develop long-term consistency. 

Why do large companies or developers look to the little guy to give up or take the risk for them? 

They get together and play Kiyosaki's Cashflow game and sometimes talk real estate as well. 

I am thinking that the commission of 3% is a bit too much for 2-3 weeks of work, but on the flip side, it might just be wrong to try negotiating this late in the game.

Bottom line, if it is in the lease (and the lease is appropriate/legal) than its fair game, but what you can do and what you should do are not always the same. 

I've learned SO SO much about materials and what not since going full time into construction and development.
