I dont know what the deep dive into qualified means.. but if you say your qualifications are 700 plus fico that seems to cut the wheat from the Chaff right ? 

We have close to zero vacancy, so if I have a place empty for a week while I deep clean and vet prospects, it's not a big deal -- it WILL get filled. 

@Randall E Collins Dude you’re taking it too personally, people say nasty things about their competition all the time, deep down they probably just lost business to a wholesaler and they get all b*** hurt because of that, it’s superficial.

If the response is 'the rules have changed' well let's deep dive this--After all investing history has not treated investors well that make this proclamation in the past. 

Spend time learning the areas where numbers make sense then dive deep, learn the market and take action.  

You are the kind of investor the banks want because they have the incentive to delve deep into your profile and the property values and assess risk in a way that rocket and any of the big guys would never do.

Great having the insight of comps and market trends to go off but need to drive deep into crunching the numbers to be profitable. 

Unless you've got deep pockets and proven experience, there's not a lot of incentive for the 'biggest/baddest' agent to work with you!
