Hey everyone, I have been doing commercial property management privately for over five years now and I'm sure most of you will agree that finding and keeping a solid tenant is the biggest challenge, yet, is the most important objective on your list at all times.I have sandwich signs posted near the main roads at all of my properties, and recently created banners to hang on windows.

However, i don't want to pay for a new contract with slightly different information for every buyer/seller.I'm looking for an alternative.Would it be illegal if i went ahead and bought a contract with all my preferences, and used a program to clear all the pre-filled information (information like the home address and buyers name which changes from contract to contract), and then use that newly created template instead?

At least if they do find out you have an illegal unit, you can offer your alteration as a possible solution and claim ignorance, vs blatantly ignoring today's rules to put in something equally illegal.
