I see many guru's marketing it similarly to a get rich (relatively) quick scheme, but I realize that it will take loads of hard work and effort.

I just spoke to a commercial broker who said that many sellers seem to think a buyer will show up with all cash (Mainers often think a rich fool from Mass will show up with cash and overpay - I'd like to find this mythological creature).

And those mostly are not qualified, and are also deciding to rent rather than buy.It used to be thought that home ownership was an investment that might not make you rich, but couldn't fail to increase in value.

I am from Colorado and am looking at the Denver area as my first market but would be very open to suggestions from others as to a good market for someone who is cash rich.

I used to order all these get rich, self help garbage books and I'm about saving, saving and getting that free info.

Newbie waned to to pay me and I said no, I'm old and Andrew Carnegie said any man that dies rich is a failure.

I am looking to learn how to invest our excess income into long term "get rich slow" rental properties.
