Getting your real estate license is a good idea, so that you can access the MLS and get paid as an agent if that's what you want to do, I know several realtors who do both traditional real estate and wholesaling in Ohio.Best of luck,Aaron

@Ching Yang, If you reword everything in terms of "act of service", you will be looked upon differently.Wholesalers enable quicker access to capital through a network of buyers to motivated sellers, without having to fix up the houses, that traditional MLS or retail buyers cannot provide.

It also is a great school system and people move into the area just because of that, with home values constantly on the rise.

I am looking at getting started and want to make sure I have access to the MLS as needed.

I see NY with its liberal policies destroying the economy, constantly raising taxes and scaring away jobs.  

With foreign money coming in and buying property, and with predictions of the Canadian dollar to stay at a constant value of ~$0.70USD, property values may continue to rise.   

If you have access to someone else money I would use it even if you have to partner with that person, with that obviously make sure they are someone you want to partner with.  

You should have your real estate agent reach out to them to get access information so you can see the house inside.
